Ingredients:

1.5 kg of potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon powdered garlic (or 2 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped)
1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. If desired, you can leave the peel.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices or cubes.

In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic and thyme. Ensure that the seasonings are evenly coated.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, turning the potatoes over periodically to ensure uniform golden brown.
